The territory of the pension The total area of the land is 0,6 hectares. The territory of the pension is refined and fenced. One side of the territory joins to Barguzinsky bay – the residential building is situated at the distance of 10 meters from the edge of water. Entrances to the territory for motor transport are arranged. The distance to Barguzinsky highway is 400 meters. в.
The territory of the pension The total area of the land is 0,93 hectares, including 0,58 hectares which is propertied and 0,35 hectares is rented. The pension is located at the outskirts of the village and borders upon primeval forest and high bank of the river Kika. The territory is refined and fenced. There are summerhouses and plots of silva.
Accommodation Eight cabins situated in two levels can accommodate 14 passengers. On the upper deck there are: 3 single-berth and 1 double-berth cabin with two joint rooms having separate entrances and two bathrooms. On the lower deck there are: 2 double-berth bow cabins; one double-berth cabin and one triple-berth stern cabin. In all cabins there is: one-layered accommodation of passengers on sofa-beds, internal broadcasting network, wooden trimmings, soft floor, WC, shower, TV. There is an opportunity of additional accommodation of 7 passengers.
The recreation centre is located on the shore of the Small Sea – the lake Baikal, at the distance of 280 km. from the town Irkutsk. The base is functioning since 2004, and is situated at the distance of 500 meters from the lake on the picturesque shore with a view to Malomorskie islands and the island Oltrek, which has given its name to the base. The base has comfortable rooms (double or family rooms for 3 person), half-comfortable and non-comfortable houses on the shore. Comfortable rooms have hot and cold water, shower, WC.
